Why Loga Care

Live-in care is a relatively new concept that maintains people’s independence and promotes their lifestyle choices. Vulnerable adults are able to remain in their own homes with a fully trained carer supporting them.  The upset and confusion with moving into a new home in later life is avoided and people are able to enjoy their normal routines, familiar surroundings, regular visitors, and often with their pets. Clients are encouraged to develop with lives in many instances our younger clients have been able to attend University and hold down a full time job.

The cost of live-in care is comparable to a residential home or nursing home, and unlike the cost of a Residential home the cost of one-to-one care can be offset against the capital appreciation of the property, this then remains a viable asset.

Live-in care offers peace of mind that your loved one is being cared for on a one-to-one basis 24 hours a day 52 weeks of the year. A live-in care is there to either support or to complete all activities of daily living. The family are able to return to being family to visit and socialise without the thought of endless tasks.
