At Loga Care we have a dedicated team in the office, as well as our carers.

Between them they have accrued over three decades’ worth of experience; from understanding client needs to communicating with carers.

sona Sona – Registered Manager Sona has got care experience since 2006 when she worked as a live-in carer in Austria. Sona then moved on to become a Training Manager. In 2011 Sona became a Business Manager and after that position Sona became a Registered Manager.

Sona has a QCF5 Leadership and Management qualification.

Sona has a particular interest in dementia care and is a Facilitator for Best Practice in Dementia Care.

Violet Violet – Deputy Manager Violet has been working in social care since 1993. She has worked in senior/supervisory roles’ in residential and nursing homes with clients with physical and mental health needs.

Violet has completed NVQ Level 3 and 4 in social care and Violet has worked as a care manager at Hampshire Adult Services for ten years. This role involved assessing/reviewing clients and working with multi-disciplinary teams. Violet joined Loga Care in October 2015 as the Deputy Manager.

Agate Agate – Care-Coordinator Agate started her career in care as a support worker for a domiciliary care agency, soon being promoted to relief support worker. In February 2014 Agate was promoted to a Care-Coordinator position. Agate joined the Loga Care team in October 2014 as a Care-Coordinator. She is currently working towards her QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
image001 Andrea – Care-Coordinator Continuing Healthcare Clients Andrea has a background in learning disabilities as Adult Services Manager. Additionally she has 13 years’ experience as a project manager at an independent EBD school. Andrea has a degree in Psychology and is currently studying Italian.

Andrea joined Loga Care as a Care-Coordinator in 2015.

Vanda Vanda – Field Care Supervisor Vanda has a university degree in Mechanical Engineering. Vanda worked in this field for several years and as an Assistant Manager. After 16 years Vanda decided to enter the Health and Social Care sector as she finds this a more meaningful activity.

Vanda has worked in care, as a care-assistant, then senior care assistant and after that as a Field Care Supervisor in both Domiciliary and live-in care. Vanda joined Loga Care in October 2014 as a Field Care Supervisor, Vanda is enjoying all aspects of her work and working as part of the Loga Care team.

Cyndy Cyndy – Field Care Supervisor Cyndy is qualified as a Registered Mental Health Nurse and has worked in an elderly care setting for clients with Dementia for over 20 years. Additionally she was a community nurse for 3 years. Cyndy has a BSc degree and Diploma in Dementia studies.  Cyndy has been working for Loga Care since February 2015.
 
Eilika Eilika – Recruitment Manager Eilika has been working in recruitment for Health and Social Care since 2010. She joined the Loga Care team in May 2014. Eilika is the first point of contact for our new care workers. She deals with advertisement, new candidate applications, interviewing potential care workers and ensuring the recruitment process and documentation is compliant with regulations.

Eilika informs all new care workers of the Loga Care policies and procedures and makes sure all their questions and queries are answered and dealt with.

Louise Louise – Financial Controller Louise joined Loga Care in July 2015 and is responsible for managing the finance team. She prepares management accounts for the Finance Director. Before joining Loga Care, Louise was a Management Accountant for an international manufacturing company developing solutions for the Oil, Gas and pipeline industry. Louise has a wide spectrum of experience in Finance.
Christina Christina – Accounts Assistant Christina joined Loga Care in May 2012 as a member of the accounts team and is responsible for a range of financial tasks, such as invoicing and payroll. Before joining Loga Care, Christina worked as a Credit Controller for a computer and telecoms company for 15 years.
Claire Claire – Accounts Assistant Claire has joined the Loga Care team in January 2014 and is responsible for a variety of financial tasks. She is responsible for payroll, invoicing and credit control. Claire has a background in accounts and she has worked in the telecoms and IT industry for 8 years. Claire has studied Catering at college and has been a co-owner in a party shop.
